Active/Active cluster not balanced after 9.1R8.2 upgrade

Last week we upgraded our PSA3000 devices from 9.1R4 to 9.1R8.2.  We have two units configured in an active/active cluster.  Before the upgrade, users were pretty well balanced over the two devices.  After the upgrade, one device has anywhere from 2 to 4 times as many users as the other.  I don't know if this is a problem with the PSA3000 code, or an issue with the vTM (vADC) load balancer.  I also noticed that the PSA no longer identifies a user's Windows version when the 9.1.8 client is attached.  This was a nice feature under 9.1.4.

Re: Active/Active cluster not balanced after 9.1R8.2 upgrade

Hello and thanks for the post.  I'll move this post over to the vADC forum as the PSAs themselves have nothing to do with actual load balancing behavior.  It is possible that our health check is misreporting the status ot the appliances, but we'll need a vADC expert to comment on this.

Thanks
