Which directory does uploaded certs go when you upload a cert for the Admin Server by going to System > Security > SSL Certiticate

$ZEUSHOME/admin/etc/admin.private and .../admin.public
be aware, that this location might change any time, the only supported way to upload certificates is through the GUI.
