I need to have one traffic IP for 3 clusters in different locations (EMEA, AMR, APA), is it possible to config clusters in this way somehow?

Only case I have is to have 3 vTMs from different locations joined in one cluster with traffic IP hosted there.
Is other solution can be implemented for same?
