Cannot connect via zcli

Hi all,

I have a Virtual Traffic Manager Appliance cluster and I would like to connect via zcli in order to automate some commands.

Once I try to run $ZEUSHOME/zxtm/bin/zcli I receive the error

"Failed to connect. The administration server on this traffic manager has been disabled."

I think that the administation server is enabled as I can access via browser to the 9090 port, or am I missunderstanding where to enable it?

Thanks

Re: Cannot connect via zcli

This is likely because there is an IP restriction on the admin server connection. The web GUI connects via port 9090 on the IP address, but zcli connects via localhost on 127.0.0.1:9090.

Check the IP restrictions in System > Security > Restricting Access - you may be able to add 127.0.0.1 to permit access.
