Determine Default Traffic Pool from a Request Rule

Hi,

I am trying to determine how to return the default Traffic pool for a Virtual Server from a request rule. 

I have tried using: 

$pool=connection.getPool()

This returns a blank response. It returns correctly in a Response rule however as I am trying to return an outage page when a pool node is down, it needs to be a request rule from what I can see.

You could use a custom health monitor, but if you are trying to post a custom error page, then there is a better way to do that.

The “Error Handling” setting is under under:
Services > Virtual Servers > [your virtual server ] > Protocol Settings

You can upload a custom error page via the "Extra files"
