How modify the DNS in the GLB service ...

I have four DC and service is hosted on all 4 DC using the GLB. But i want that apac region will not go the sydney DC except the AUS region 

Is there any possiblity to do change ?

Antonio's link gives lots of in-depth information. You probably need to start by mapping out the priority for all regions, with APAC and Aus being special cases, and then work from there.
