Hi,
I have set alerting to email for 'Critical Problem Occured' and 'Critical Problem Resolved' and to just log everything else. However every day I get emails like this
Stingray Traffic Manager Virtual Appliance Alert messages from x.x.x.x.
All alert messages (oldest first):
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
#1 Jan 27 17:29:03: INFO License Key 'xxxxx'
Using license key
#2 Jan 27 17:29:03: INFO License Key 'xxxxx'
Using license key
----------------------------------------------------------------------------
This message was sent by the following Alert mapping:
Critical Problem Resolved -> E-Mail
This is annoying as we want to direct critical emails to a on call account but this is clearly not a critical issue. Is there anyway to flag these messages as being not critical?
Thanks.

The "Using license key" is part of the Critical Problem Resolved (Built-in Event Type) event. You cannot modify the built-in Event Types, but you can make a copy that can be edited, or you can create new Event Types from scratch.
