we are migrating from Stingray Traffic Manager 9.8r2 to Pulse Secure Virtual Traffic Manager 17.4. If anyone has done this before,Please share with us the issues that may occour during the process and solutions for those issues.

If you have any plan to change management IP ,it is better to confirm the license key associated with production IP or management IP.I have faced this issue during migration.
You can download all supported binaries from the usual place, https://my.pulsesecure.net
The exact filename will depend on which package and supported OS you are looking for, virtual appliance, software or bare metal - the portal will guide you to the right file.

There are several packages that you can download to match your own environment:
- Software/Linux
- Virtual appliances for VMware, Oracle, Hyper-V, etc
- Bare-metal servers
- And on cloud marketplaces and catalogs
