Need assistance in upgrading Riverbed SteelApp 9.6 R1 into the latest version with minimal or no downtime ?

Can anyone here please assist me what are the steps required to allow me to upgrade the 2x Riverbed Steel App Virtual Appliance (VMware VM) ?

Details: Stingray Traffic Manager Virtual Appliance 1000 M 9.6r1

At the moment it is running as 2x clustered configuration load Balancer for my production Windows Server Terminal Server farm, 3rd party web Application server and also Exchange Server email (Outlook access and also SMTP).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
