We're looking at getting some alerting setup but the mail server requries Authentication for SMTP relay. Is this a supported feature on the vTM? I haven't seen anywhere to configure it.
I don't think that is supported at the moment using the standard email alert mechanism - however, many customers also use the capability to trigger external scripts with Python etc to support more complex actions.
