Today Riverbed and Brocade announced that we have entered into a definitive agreement to sell the Riverbed SteelApp product line to Brocade in an all-cash transaction. We expect the transaction to close in Q1 and it remains business as usual for SteelApp until the deal closes. The SteelApp sale will have no impact on our agreement to be acquired by private equity investment firm Thoma Bravo.
I just saw this news when I went to get a quote for a couple licenses. I'm not sure I feel very positive about it...

If you have any specific questions about projects or trials, do please contact your local sales team, who should be able to help you.

Should be a good thing as Brocade will be using it for their SDN product line so hopefully lots of money for new features and development. (ie having to wait so long for TLS 1.2 support)
