VWAF throws zero byte error when transfering SSL certificate file - 403 DENY

I am uploading a public key file on a page to transfer it to the server by encoding it with jquery.

It is a standard RSA Public key. Most of the times I am getting below error from Stingray.

"HTTP/1.1","[6/0]","DENY 403","DETECTION","REQUEST","BaselineProtectionHandler","reject on zero byte","","found zero byte args privateKey=

Is there any way to avoid this error for SSL certs?

we use Pulse Secure vWAF as the stingray product. Any help is greatly appreciated.

That message suggests that the URL should have a "privateKey" parameter, is that needed by your application? You could run some tests, either removing the "privateKey" parameter completely, or using a dummy value for "privateKey"?

The rule below shows it is triggered by the baseline policy - depending on what your application needs, you may be able to set a custom policy to validate that parameter.
