I'm running ESAP 1.5.3 and it appears the new version of AVG v9 is not supported by the Host Checker. Any ideas on when it will be fixed. This is going to be urgent for us as we have a lot of remote users accessing the Juniper from home and many use free Antivirus apps, like AVG. No doubt if one user has already upgraded many others will also. The latest version of Avast doesn't seem to work either with Windows 7 when connecting using the Hostchecker. Not sure if it works with older operating systems. Haven't tested yet. I only know this as I personally use Avast at home. A new ESAP version would be very handy as soon as possibel to fix these issues.

Thanks for the response. I haven't read through the url you have attached but yes, it is asynchronous. Basically at the first logon screen the user logs on using their username, ldap password, and PIN number. Then the second login screen is a Challenge Response screen and the user enters another code which they will have received via a test message to their mobile cell phone. The whole process works well except the wording on that second login screen is very confusing. I'm not sure if I've done something wrong when I created the Radius auth server. I've attached a screen shot of my radius configuration with the custom authentication rules. Maybe this is where I've gone wrong. Message Edited by meh on 09-17-2009 03:03 PM

Hi, We have started using SMS authentication via the Juniper appliance. It is an SA2000 running v6.3R5. The screen that appears prompting for the SMS token code has very confusing wording. Is there a way to change this? See the attached print screen for the wording. Thanks

Just to add to this now, I have made a bit more progress. I now have RSA Self Service running and I can have the user request a token code through the self service page. Then this token code combined with a PIN number allows them to authenticate through Juniper. My question is how can I bring this token code request out to the Juniper so the user doesn't have to log on to RSA self service to request the token? Thanks

Hi We are running an SA2000 with v6.3R5. We are in the process of evaluating version 7.1 of RSA which supports on-demand tokens, via sms or email. We are testing this out through the Juniper but I am having great difficulty in making this work. I have configured a Radius Auth Server and entered the relevant config items and updated the realms accorrdingly. When I login it doesn't even try to trigger the on-demand password request from the RSA box, just comes back telling me secondary password is incorrect (primary passwords comes from AD). I'm not sure if this is a Juniper problem or the way I have configured the RSA server (which has radius running) I followed the steps starting from page 30 of this document http://www.nordicedge.se/juniper/Step-by-step_Installation_Guide_Juniper_&_Nordic_Edge_One_Time_Password.pdf Can anyone provide me with the steps required to configure this on Juniper? Where did you configured your SSO, in a profile of with policy directly. You will want to check the configuration because it has all changed. Haven't had the Host Checker issue but uninstallating the component and letting it redploy usually works. In relation to the Intranet and HR site, these were just bookmarks and I didn't have SSO configured at all. It just worked. Not sure how. I tried setting up SSO for these sites with 6.4R2 but it won't work, no matter what I try. In relation to the Domino Web Access, this is a resource profile and I just setup the automatic SSO that you can configure through the resource profile config. I had Basic Auth with <Username> and <Password> for the parameters. Worked fine in 6.3 In relation to the Host Checker, it is going to be very frustrating for our remote users to have to talk them through removing and reinstalling the Host Checker. I upgraded to 6.3R5 and this has also fixed my Firefox and Safari issues with Domino. I orginally went to 6.4R2 and although it fixed my problems, it introduced a new issue of single sign on no longer working. So I stuck with 6.3R5 for now.

Hi all, Well I have upgraded my SA2000 to version 6.4R2. Orginally it was on 6.3R3. The purpose of the upgrade was to try to fix some of the Lotus Domino Web Access issues I've been having. Any way, I didn't even get that far to test my Domino issues, as SSO does not seem to work since the upgrade. Web bookmarks such as our Intranet, HR system and Domino webmail are now prompting for username and password, which they never were previously. Very frustrating. On top of this, once the Host Checker and Cache cleaner loads, it just hangs. You click on refresh, get prompted to log in again, and then it lets your through. What is going on? Upgrades are supposed to fix problems. This upgrade is creating more work for me. On the positive, it has fixed my Firefox issues with Domino. I'm going to have to roll back if I can get this sorted. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Hi guys Not sure if it is just my setup but Host Checker doesn't seem to load with Safari v4.0.1 on the Mac OS (10.5.7) Has anyone else experienced this? I'm running r6.3r3 but looking at the documentation for 6.4r2 it has the same supported platforms. It states Safari 1.2 and above and Mac OS 10.5.x but we know the Juniper doco can be incorrect at times. Thanks

Hi all, Since upgrading to Domino 8.5, users with Safari web browsers cannot connect to iNotes anymore. I thought this was a Domino issue but I can connect successfully internally (not going through Juniper) using Safari. The problem is when someone connects to iNotes they get the following message: "The page you requested (/mail/test.nsf/iNotes/Welcome/?OpenDocument&ui=dwa_frame&l=en&CR&MX&TS=20090622T152220,48Z&charset=ISO=8859=1&charset=ISO=8859=1&ua=safari) could not be found) As you can see, it has appended I whole heap of stuff to the url which is what I'm suspecting is causing it to not work. Like I said it works internally so I believe something in the appliance is causing this since the upgrade. I have read about better support for Domino 8.0.1 in v6.4r2 whenever that is released. But not sure if this would assist me. We are currently running v6.3r3 I also have problems with Firefox users but they get a different message. I have another issue that I am experiencing since upgrading to Domino 8.5. We use a Webmail Redirection file to redirect people to their mailfile. The is just a bookmark pointing to the particular redirection file. In the old verion (6.5) this worked fine but now in the new version I've lost support for Safari and Firefox browsers. In Safari I get the message that the users mail file cannot be found, and it displays an obscure url which I believe is incorrect. In IE all works fine. I thought this was an issue with the Webmail redirection file rather than something with Juniper but I have tested this internally (without going through Juniper) and it works fine, so the redirection file is not the problem.
