Hi All, Need assist asap here.. I faced problem at my customer web application. At application user can upload csv file using java applet and the application will calculate the checksum of uploaded file. Previously i already fixed this issue for Internet Explorer by applied Java Access Policies. Here i attached some pictures Internet explorer using SA: when i uploaded file, bottom field will give the checksum value Java console log for Internet Explorer : Firefox using SA : when i uploaded file, bottom field didn't give the checksum value Java console log for firefox : when directly accessing the application without SA, firefox or IE didn't faced this issue. Hi All, I have POC to deploy UAC in L2 and L3 scenario (combine). For now L3 deploment work fine and next step will deploy both. The switch using linksys SRW248G4, does it support for UAC deployment, for guest-vlan and as UAC radius client ? Any one already did it with this switch ? If this switch didn't support, how to configure L3 deployment and user must have odyssey agent for host check. Dear All, I have critical issue here with SA6500 v6.2R2-1. Our customer have web application (HTTP) that allowed user to download Ms.Excel files. When users download and save the file over SSL-VPN, there has no problem. But when user download and immediately open the file used their spreadsheet applications (example Ms.Excel) they got error message. But when user directly download and immediately open the file without using SSL-VPN there has no problem. error message capture : There is investigation i have been tested : - User using Windows XPSP2, Internet Explorer 6 SP2 (v6.0.2900.2180) and Ms.Excel 2003 FAILED to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP2, Internet Explorer 6 SP2 (v6.0.2900.2180) and Ms.Excel 2007 FAILED to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP2, Firefox and Ms.Excel 2003 SUCCESSFUL to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP2, Internet Explorer 7 and Ms.Excel 2003 SUCCESSFUL to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP3, Internet Explorer 6 SP3 (v6.0.2900.5512) and Ms.Excel SUCCESSFUL to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP3, Internet Explorer 7 and Ms.Excel 2007 SUCCESSFUL to open that file. - User using Windows XPSP3, Firefox and Ms.Excel 2007 SUCCESSFUL to open that file. - User using Ubuntu 8.10, Opera 9x and Open Office 2.4 SUCCESSFUL to open that file. So the conclusion from my investigation are the only problem when user using IE6 SP2 (v6.0.2900.2180). Hi All, 1. I do changes sign-in pages by following "How_To_Custom_sign-in_pages.pdf" , but when i upload the templates i face an error. Error : My Coding : How should it be ? 2. If i apply Custom page on user start pages, so when user sucessful login they will redirect to the custom page right, let say the application pages ? so if then user closed the application pages, is it IVE will close the user session ? Becouse when users do sign-in back again, they have got warning message said the last session is still exist. So how to force terminate the user session if they closed the application pages? Hi All, By default, does the config files that we saved from SA will save all config ? becouse i have tried saved and try to restore, but the config not get back to older one. Hi All, I have look at all pages on this forum, and didn't find any question about this. So if i want to setup NC for 1000 or more user connections at SA 6500, at IP Pool is there should create /22 prefix length or i can create ip pool for user per Vlan ? Example, Internal interface at SA ip is 10.10.0.254/24, and the Server subnets 10.10.1.0/24. Both are different Zone at SSG. So it's possible SA to give user access with 1000 or more connections with that ip pool or can create vlan for /24 prefix length ? If first VLAN excedded, than user will get another vlan. thanks Andi

Hi Kevin, So.. by default if user was terminated, disable or mapped to Quarantine Role, SA will show a pop up reason why the are was disconnected from NC, isn't right ? If we want to give the user redirect pages, we can do by map the user role, configured at Quarantine user role to redirect to html warning page, it's possible ? btw thank you Kevin to respond my questions. thanks Andi

Hi All, I have some questions about threats control, Does SA can do an action to showing a warning messages or give a redirect html page to users when got some treats event from IDP as a sensor?
