Hi I have about 100 clients that VPN into my office, I recently got a new Pulse appliance and changed a lot of things. Long story short, there is now a new URL users need to connect to in order to switch them to the new appliance. Is there a way to change the existing connection in the client to go to a different URL? I would rather do this silently as the users need not even be aware they are connecting to a different URL, everything will seem the same to them. Creating an additional connection with the new URL is also a possibilty, though not as good. The reason i say this is that they will most likely be connected using this connection when I deploy the changes to them (be it GPO or SCCM or whatever way is possible) so the connection will probably be in use and not changable.

Hi Recently one of our users upgraded to 1809 and even though we have the latest ESAP version installed and we allowed any AV software his connection still getting refused because "no AV software is installed". I then tried to install a clean 1809 machine and the problem exists there as well. Who do I contact to ask for a new ESAP that supports Windows Defender on Windows 10 1809? This is about to become a major problem...

I see many different licenses in that page but none that say exactly how many meeting licenses we have.

For client side a quick google search "pulse secure check client logs" gave this as first search result: https://kb.pulsesecure.net/articles/Pulse_Secure_Article/KB17327 Try to do the same for server side. (Should be System --> Logs--> user access log, but I'm not sure it's exactly the same for all models).

Did you trying checking the logs on server or client side? That should give you some more information as to where the problem lies.

Hi It seems we only have 1 license for Meetings, when I try to open a 2nd concurrent meeting it says we can only open 1. Thing is, we remember buying 10 meeting licenses but I can't find where I check how many Meeting licenses we have, or what the serial for it is. Any idea where I can check this?
