On Windows 10 while connected to PulseSecure I'm continuously prompted for user/password when I'm trying to establish a new TFS connection in VS 2017.  The same problem does not occur in VS 2015.  I can connect, get code, etc.  When I'm creating a new connection in VS 2017 it shows the collection name but then prompts for credentials in an infinite loop.  It seems like the credentials must be correct to see the collection name (plus I can connect with he same in VS 2015) but VS just keeps prompting and I can never see the contents of the collection.  I've seen a similar topic "Windows Repeatedly Prompts For Logons When On VPN" almost a year ago but there was no resolution posted for that. ...
