I am trying to deploy Pulse Secure 5.3r4 for Windows through a GPO but it is detecting the language as Chinese (Traditional, Taiwan) instead of English.  The language and region are set to United States and English so I'm not sure why it would set the language to Chinese.  I have tried both the 32-bit and 64-bit installer and have tried created the GPO on two seperate devices.  Any ideas? ...
