I am looking for confirmation regarding implementing a Windows 2008 Terminal services server farm with a Windows session broker sitting in front of our SA4500.  Everytime my users connect to the Terminal Servers via the Juniper a message is displayed "  The client cannot connect to the remote computer". I have openned a case with TAC, and was informed by the Engineer handling the case that Juniper does not suppport a session broker with Terminal servers services. I need some advice on the best course of action to upgrade our SA2000 device running IVE OS 7.0R4 (build 17289) to SA4500 7.46 (Build 27757). My main question are is it possible to do a direct upgrade from IVE 7.0R4 to IVE 7.46 ? or do I need to be on the same version? Is any one kind enough to provide the steps to achieve a smooth upgrade path from one device to the other, as I need to be able to provide Windows 8 and IE 11 support. ... View more

I am trying to allow external users (non windows 2003 domain users) access to Sharepoint 2007 on my win2k3 domain. I will like the external users to authenticate locally to my SA2000, and then configure a secondary logon for the users to authenticate to my AD. I have created a seperate login page only allowing access the Sharepoint as the landing page. When I carry out a test login as a user , I authenticate successfully locally to my SA2000, however when I click on the Sharepoint link ,I am challenged for domain authentication repeatedly. I have specifed user credentials on secondary authentication of the realm as pre-defined ,but the IVE does not appers to be passing this over to my win2k3 domain authentication server. I have defined a resource policy with NTLM user specified credentials. The Policy logs states not match on the policy. Can anyone help in troubleshooting this issue? ... View more
