I would suggest you open a JTAC case and attach the client logs. Nope. When I log in using my account on another user's laptop with this problem, Network Connect reinstalls. When I log in to my laptop with my account it does not.

Yes, Network Connect is still installed after they complete their session. We only have one IVE, so no chance of that happening.

Some of our users (not all) are prompted to install Network Connect every time they start a new SSL VPN session, even though the software was previously installed on their system. Once the install is complete everything works as it should, but it is a little annoying (and strange) that they have to go through these steps every time. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any ideas on how to stop this from happening? Thanks!
