I just had a call and ended up doing pretty much exactly what DanWT did. Whack the program files folder, the registry keys, and the common files folder to me seems to be the key. The PC having the problem did not have jnprnaapi.dll in there at all. after the reinstall I've noticed it takes a very long time to reboot, make sure you wait for the PC to reboot instead of just holding down the power button, I have had to redo the removal every time someone doesn't want to wait for the PC to finish and reboot itself.
