Hey, We ran into this issue even without Symantec. Try this on one of your affected machines. 1.) confirm pulse is giving 1205 error 2.) fix pulse secure and confirm it works 3.) go to Task Scheduler Local -> Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> rempl 4.) run both the tasks in that. Your pulse client should now break again. I was able to reproduce the issue with these steps as I saw the jnvra drivers from driver store were getting deleted. Pulse TAC helped us out on this. Pulse TAC suggested the same fix from that KB. It's a task from task scheduler which seems to be deleting the jnvra drivers. Start task scheduler, Task Scheduler Local -> Task Scheduler Library -> Microsoft -> Windows -> rempl If you run the two tasks under there, it will start deleting the jnvra drivers. I was able to confirm it when I was using a software to monitor DriverStore folder. However, on my another user's machine, this didn't happen when we ran the tasks manually. We are having the exact same issue. We are still looking for a solution on this. We also run W10 Ltsb and Symantec endpoint. I observed something strange that our environment is still downloading windows defender patches. We saw these in event logs. Did you see something like this? Thanks for responding on this. We are using SEP. I have also seen this issue happening when I have only windows base image installed and pulse secure on it. Maybe I will try having windows defender disabled and observe. It seems like something is tearing down the virtual adapter as observed from the logs. If I repair the connection it connects but second attempt gives me same error again. ... View more
