A few of my users are getting "Host checker restriction check failed for role users" when they are trying to log in. Does anyone have any idea's why a few of the people are getting this issues if everyone is under one Role. And the role is based on username is "*". I have a few people at home that get disconnect from ive on a regular bases. I was looking for a good trouble shoot guild on how to trouble shoot client side issues. Can someone please point me to the right location? I hate to call support every time someone gets disconnected. Thanks.

For some reason I can't get norton to work even with :The Anti_Virus Check for Norton Internet Security 2009 (v16) and Norton AntiVirus 2009 will not be correct on a non_XP_32bit machine with security centre disabled. Workaround: If the security center service is disabled and you are on a Non_XP 32 bit machine it is required that the Early Load of the Auto_Protect feature be enabled. This feature can be enabled by opening the AntiVirus or Internet Security Options, selecting the Real_Time Protection tab, and under Auto_Protect, you will find "Early Load". Any idea's?

I have installed the latest 1.4.7. This did not fix my issue. We have checked that the sercurity service was started. Any other ideas on how to fix this for my people? Thanks

The Beta 1.4.6 did not fix the issue. The users are still gettting "Reason: 'Norton AntiVirus 16.5.0.134 does not comply with policy. Compliance requires real time protection enabled and latest virus definition files.'." Thanks.
