Jeff, Your Resource and Post URL look fine, I am using the following with a working WI 5.1 web application resource profile today (http://<server FQDN>:80/Citrix/XenAppJuniper/auth/login.aspx). Check out the release notes for 6.3R5.0 or 6.4R2.0. Bug ID 440219 - has specific fixes for the javascript rewriter for Citrix WI 5.0. After upgrading to 6.4R2.0 I now see an option for 5.0 under the Web Interface (NFuse) version drop down. Before the upgrade I could get the site to work but it was painfully slow.
