I have a eval unit of SSL 2500 running. My computer is Windows Vista and Outlook 2007. I installed the Secure Meeting plugin but I can't find any secure meeting button or menu anywhere in my Outlook. Does anybody know why?

I don't doubt a single bit about its one-on-one tech support capability. I intend to use it for group meetings often with 4-6 parties. That's where I am not clear on its performance.

For 50 users, we only need 10 concurrent license. Including equipment and other cost, it's about $7-8K for SA2500 one time cost. If we use Webex, that's 50x$10/month, $6,000/year. I just wonder if the group conference/desktop sharing works well or not.

What are the other products that can do this at the similar cost? Webex, Gotomeeting, and Livemeeting are all extremely expensive like $10+ a person/month. If I have 50 people using it, that's $6,000 a year, which is basically the cost of a SA2500.

Hi, I am thinking to purchase the SA2500 with Secure Meeting function to use for Webex type of conference calls - we can handle telconf port via our phone system just need a way to do presentation. Is it a good choice? Our meetings typically have less than 10 parties.

I don't need any special client to be installed on user's laptop to use SSL VPN, do I? My whole purpose is to help travelling users. Very often their hotels would block PPTP ports. SSL VPN would be perfect as nobody blocks Port 443.
