Thank you for your help. But,,, I don't know Authorization Code...? The only one I know is Licensing Hardware ID... Maybe I can find Authorization Code in the CLI mode? or Web GUI mode??

Thanks ruc:) Actually I have 2 serial cable. The one is not responding. (This is made from China.) Another is responding properly but shortly no response. ( This is made from Japan.) I finally entered CLI. However, as you can see below photo, It was loading. After that, there's no respond even though I entered Enter, Space bar, and any other keys.. It was just stop... I thought that I finally entered.. but FAILED again. I think it is hardware problem..? right ___ Regards,

I connected it to the PC using the Serial cable ; Null cable. But it was no respond anything else. so.. Using the Wireshark, I figured out SA 4000's IP address ; 10.92.45.4 Next, https://10.92.45.4/admin Above photo appeared. It can be translated -> You don't have authorization to log on it. Please inquiry administrator. Then,,,, do you know what should I do...? 1. console connection : failed. 2. GUI : failed.... ___ Please help me..

SA 2500 : console connection OK SA 4000 : console connection NOT OK I did factory reset working connecting it to the PC using the console cable. Next, Using the LAN cable to the PC, I tried to connect it to access WEB... but FAILED... same issue appeared as I mentioned! Is there a anotehr method? Thanks

I have already SA 700, 1000, 2000. And now I bought SA 2500, 4000. When I connected cable to the SA with PC, on the console screen ; there is no respond!.. So, using the Wireshark, I figured out what is IP address. (10.92.45.4) I access WEB. but FAILED because of Host Checker?? I don't know Host Checker;; http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/archive-139210.html Should I download above URL, JVM? If so, what kinda can I download ? Existing devices( SA 700, 1000, 2000 ), it's working properly without Host Checker. What happend ? ___ plz Thanks,,!

I have SA 700, 1000, 2000. But these label that was attached backward were detached in the old time. So I have to check devices Serial Number. but I don't have any method that I should do. In the URL & console, I didn't check out ... Please teach me how to check the Serial Number!!!

I have a SA 700, SA 1000, SA 2000 When I entered UI, I recognized whether it had latest license or not. So I searched site and google. I didn't search what I want to. So I posted my word in this forum. Nowadays Security problem is point issue, right? So As I think... latest license is important thing. that is, people always use latest license. I am really wondering following below issue. Juniper networks is updating the license? If right, can I buy license NO free of charge? Please reply to my word... Regards,
