We too have been experiencing this authentication issue since beginning of September. We have a range of client versions from 5.3.7 to 9.0 and all of them experience the issue randomly. We also have 2 Pulse Secure servers and both of them experience the issue when authenticating against them. We are due to upgrade to PCS 9.1 next week so I'll see if that helps.

If I disable SMBv1 on any of our Windows 2012R2 Servers (SMBv2 and SMBv3 are still enabled) I can't browse to the share (\\server\share) using the PCS interface (The little box in the top right). Also any existing Windows Bookmarks for shares don't work saying "Failed to access the file share due to network connectivity problems or invalid information. Please contact your system administrator" I'm running 8.3R1.1 Any help appreciated.

We have the same issue. We are using the latest View client (4.3.0) and are getting this error. We use the FQDN of the server which fails with the unable to resolve host. The only way is to connect via IP address but we get certificate errors and isn't idea. Would like this to be fixed.

Hi When using the latest VMWare Horizon client and WSAM I can't connect to our View Server using the DNS name. If I use the IP address it works OK. Also if I use Network Connect rather than WSAM it also works OK. What could be causing the issue? It happens on different workstations so has to be with WSAM. Thanks
