Hello.   I'm facing the same problem wit no luck at all :( .  I also did the creation of the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\MaxNumFilters registry entry, set to DWORD, and set value to 14, but no luck.   Did Pulse Secure support team found a solution for this ?   Thanks. ...
