Been having this issue for a while now on certain Windows 10 boxes. VPN gets established via pulse client, but upon disconnect the virtual adapter doesn't properly get removed and VPN cannot be re-established until the system is rebooted. The system does not gracefully shutdown and BSOD's. If i reboot under any other circumstance before having first established VPN connectivity, the system reboots fine. If i try to reestablish VPN, i get a failed to create virtual adapter error. (1205) Any ideas? I'm on the current pulse build, but i've seen this issue on the previous 4 or 5 builds too.
