We've had similar issues and have a ticket open with Pulse. We have seen an issue with both win7/win10 where virtual adapters are depleted causing either an install issue or connection issue with the Pulse client. Increase the value for HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network\MaxNumFilters to get around this. ... View more
