I'm in a hotel in China and I have Pulse Secure VPN access provided two different U.S. universities.  With University A, I have full access to Google, Twitter, and the other things usually blocked by China's GFW.  With University B, none of these sites are accessible. This is with the same wifi connection in the room, toggling between the two Pulse Secure connections.  Any ideas why one university's VPN isn't blocked but the other's is? ... View more
