Ok - we are on release 9.1 R11.5 - We are using client certificates on a smartcard(s) to login and access IVE bookmarks now currently - This works currently just fine additionally on the backend we are using KCD with Microsoft Application(s) bookmarks (IIS/SPS) . It works -- Question - PulseSecure support natively HTML5 (Guac) RDP access using MS Kerberos? Can the web server proxy this as of 2021? Yes or No - and if not what is the limitation. Can do this with standalone apache and HTLM5 (Guac) ? Please advise.

As the result of the lastest exploits. Some hardened and newer windows versions are requiring NLA to login with smartcards (PIV) or tokens for Remote Desktop Access. What is Pulse Secure official position on this? Other vendors are having similar issues with NLA not working for them. F5 - VMWare and others. KB21244 - NLA (Network Level Authentication) is not supported via Terminal Services (Windows Server 2012) Also when will HTML5 TS support smartcard logins? This is a huge issue in the goverment space?

The Sharepoint IVE rewriter app is having problems with SPS 2010 with the release 9.0r2.1. Has anyone else had issues with Sharepoint? Some parts are not rendering, the IVE Home box disappears and SPS pulldown menus don't work! We upgraded from 8.x recently. -> -> It seems to be an issue with IE compatibility mode. SharePoint 2010 master pages target IE 8. I switched the master page to target IE 9 and that seems to solve the problem. This is solution is not supported by Microsoft and may cause other issues that I am not aware of, but it does address the current problem. FYI…SharePoint 2019 targets IE 10, so this may not be an issue when we upgrade. suggestions welcome in advance? thx

Remote Desktop Launcher using HTML5 doesn't work with Windows 10. Encryption must be set to TLS and can not use Standard or Network NLA encryption. Windows 7 has worked fine. Desktop Launcher can not be configurable, no buttons to push. Workaround is to have users create their own bookmarks and select TLS. Can Desktop Launcher support TLS statically now or in the future? It works only with TLS on this MS network.

I have not put the HTML5 RDP bookmarks through heavy testing. This summer they will be used. But it seems to be working. It is SSO' ng using LDAP . What ever I described in the prior posts worked. But we will see. 8.2 R3 is buggy. I am loading 8.2 R3.1 now. I found numerous issues with R3. -- Security is set to warn on Certificates and have server choose encryption.

Using an IPAD and HTML5 RDP, the keyboard is supposed to pop ope within the RDP window clicking into a text dialog? For example IE login page to OWA. Why is this not happening? 8.2 R2. Should we open a request with PTAC?

Update: after fixing my first IVE unit of this encryption level problem. The 2nd IVE still had the replica table issue. As soon as I turned on, re Checked the 'Warn on certificate problems box'. The problem was resolved. Did this one at a time on my 3 bookmarks. I had disabled "Warn on certificate problems" earlier. FYR's . That resolved it - buggy possibly.

I did start testing encryption levels (choices) in the bookmark. That seemed to get around the problem. Tried RDP encyption, then tls , and nls. That "UN STUCK" the connection error !!! (disconnects). Is there an open issue with encryption level and HTML5 Guacamole Profiles? Something is up.

I am using the same release that are SE said was Stable. 8.2R3. Rebooted, but the HTML5 RDP disconnect (never connects, just stops and displays 'reconnecting' ). The HTML5 RDP problem persists. It was nice when it worked! Wondering if you need a license for it. :(

I having the same issue I think. Initially HTML5 RDP bookmarks worked, after a couple days it's failing prompting to reconnect. All server are standalone.
