We have recently purchased Pulse Secure appliances to replace our EOL Juniper SAs. I have attempted to configure JSAM, but it just will not launch. I see the JSAM window pop up, and I allowed the Active X prompt, but I do not see any expected Java prompts. The JSAM progress bar reaches the end, and nothing else happens. I am using 8.2R7.1, and trying from Win7 / IE9 and Win8 / IE11 clients. As an experiment, I installed a DTE VM. That works perfectly from both my test clients. After the Active X prompt, I got the expected Java prompts, and JSAM finished launching as expected. I'm stuck! ... View more
