@csignore This looks similar to an error I got with Intune. Are you upgrading clients, or is this a brand new install? My problem was that as Pulse was already installed and running, the MSI file would bomb out because it tried to call a command to stop Pulse, but that command didn't work. I ended up using a script with taskkill pulse*, to stop Pulse, and then call the the MSI file. May not be your issue, just looked similar
