Hi, I am trying to install Pulse Secure Client (version 8.1.7.61533) on Windows 10 using JuniperSetupClientInstaller.exe The installation doesn't return any error when I run the above exe manually and ends within seconds. Nothing is actually installed. The installation should happen automatically when I am logging in to a corporate remote client and when I try it via the remote client web site I get: " Pulse Secure Setup Client System Error Please sign in and try again. If the problem continues, please contact your system administrator " I am logged in to my laptop as adminstrator. I run the JuniperSetupClientInstaller.exe as administrator. I cannot see anything informative in the event viewer log under system, security or application logs. Some things I have tried from other posts: 1. I searched for log files to see if I could get further details about the error but I cannot find any in the locations suggested: C:\Users\Public\Juniper Networks\Logging\debuglog.log C:\Program Files (x86)\Juniper Networks\Junos Pulse\*.log 2. I've added an entry to my registry for MaxNumFilters and set it to 14 under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\Network 3. I've uninstalled my anti-virus software 4. I made sure that the "run in compatibility mode" is NOT selected on JuniperSetupClientInstaller.exe I found a posting that suggested that Juniper Installer Service (JIS) should be installed and sometimes helps with this error. I cannot dind this download on the Juniper website. Could somebody please send me a link to it if you have this? I tried on a friend's laptop with Windows7 Professional and it works fine. No issues! Just cannot get it working on my own laptop. Any other suggestions would me massively appreciated! Running out of options. Thanks
