Hi, Is there no way to use the microsoft client for OSX? I'd prefer this one very much above the java applet. The java applet gives some problems on some client machines. Also the fixed screen resolution, etc, can be a problem. I saw some competitive ssl-product who use this client very smart. It even install automatically on the mac-client. Thanx in advance

Russ, Thanks again for the quick response. I assume that with the Display settings, you mean the Desktop settings. They are all unchecked. I raised a case with Juniper Support. Hopefully they can shine a light on the problem. I will update this thread when i have had contact with Juniper Support. Grtz Ruud

Unfortunately, by setting the color depth to 8 Bit, we didn't solve the problem. Any other suggestions are welcome.

Russ, Thank you for your quick reply. The Color Depth is set to 16 bit. I don't think our users will be very happy with a color depth of 8 bit. But i will give it a try. If that works well, they can choose between two bad options I will let you know if this helps. In the meantime, if somebody else has an idea, don't hesitate to post. Grtz Ruud

Hello everybody, We have a challenge with our SA4500. Whe have published serveral Terminal Servers to our clients. Everybody can connect to the different Terminal Servers. They all get a full desktop. When someone browses to a Java website with flashing content, the performance of the Terminal Server decreases drastically. Does anybody recognizes this problem ? We use a Juniper 4500 with software 6.4R1. The terminal servers are both Server 2003 and Server 2008. BR Ruud

Hello Everybody, I have a question regarding printer redirection. We are using a Juniper SA Series. Among others, we also have a Java Applet published. We have a Java Applet based on ProperRDP and we have an Applet based on ElusivaRDP. Both Applets are working on a Mac. But we cannot get the local printer redirected. Is this a known issue, or am i doing something wrong. Grtz. Ruud
