Hi, I have a strange issue configuring file access. I have a role that works fine for listing files and downloading them. It is configured as a windows bookmark in the format Server /share: \\server\share Path : <USER> If you try and upload a file or create a new directory all fails. On the webpage the error is "Error FB-1 Access Denied" and on the User Log: Cannot write Windows file test.txt to \\servername\<user> with error 13. So what is strange is that it is happy to read from the correct full path but writes appear to miss out the share name (they only have the server and path). Any ideas? Server /share:<USER ... I'm investigating an issue of slow NC access for users where there are multiple connections from the same remote location (and therefore external IP). One line of investigation is a large number of user access log entries such as: Key Exchange number 31 occurred for user with NCIP 10..... What does the message mean exactly?
