The configuration for activesync in the 7.0R1 admin guide (p1046) only references authorization servers of the SiteMinder flavor. So how do you accomplish client cert authentication for an iPhone using activesync? Do you ignore the admin guide activesync config, and just use a regular login realm with the CA as authentication, LDAP as directory/attribute, and assign a role with a web profile allowing access to the activesync server? If that's not it, how it it done? Thanks in advance!

Got a request from one of my users asking if they could launch the Juniper RDP client across multiple screens/monitors. I know there is a way when running RDP through a command prompt (adding /span or something along those lines), but since I cannot connect through the command prompt I didnÕt know how or if this can be done. Has anybody ever done this? Thanks!

One of the nice features of the Terminal Services launch bar (at least in 6.3r1) is that it allows launching of the Java RDP client. This is a great feature...I'm just wondering why it didn't make it's way into the user created bookmarks functionality also... So a user can use the TS launcher to launch a Java RDP session, but can't create their own bookmark that uses Java RDP. Bummer.

Not sure if you still need it, but below is my code to get tightVNC to work. tnope...Can you elaborate at all? What specific piece did you get from HOB and how is it setup within Juniper? I had a conversation with Juniper Engineering and they mentioned an official partnership type of integration with HOB, but details have been hard to come by.

Has anybody has problems using Network Connect on specific Internet Connections? I have a few users in MA who are able to login to our SSL VPN and use NC just fine from the Office and even with their Sprint AirCards, but when they go home to their home network, the connection is unusable and drops packets. The user is able to browse the Internet fine and doesn't get dropped packets on pings to www.yahoo.com when just using his home network. However, as soon as he starts up NC on his home network, he gets dropped packets, his Outlook won't connect to the Internal network and he's not even able to browse Intranet pages. I don't even know where to start with troubleshooting this problem. Any ideas would be welcome. Thanks!

I contacted support about this awhile ago (about what it's actually checking for) and they weren't much help. Basically HC just looks to see that the client has a valid cert issued from a trusted CA. There's not much other checking it does, and I don't know of any additional documentation.

I had been using Chrome for testing (not specifically for NC) and recently (over the last week or 2) it stopped running Host Checker and Cache cleaner. So until it can run those, it won't make much sense for NC for our environment. We are running SA4500 with 6.4R4(build 14811)

I'd like to see the 'full size' or customizable option as well, but I haven't seen anybody get it working. There is a parameter to change the size (though it's fixed) <param name="geometry" value="2048x1536"> Just set that to whatever window size you want.

The Geometry tag will make the RDP window bigger, but it's a fixed size. I'd like to use a full screen option, so users with different monitor resolutions can make it bigger or smaller dynamically.

Have you had any luck getting ProperJavaRDP to work FullScreen? There was a post about how to do this in another thread from around the same thing: https://forums.pulsesecure.net/topic/pulse-connect-secure/623-instructions-on-how-to-configure-properjavardp/pa Looks like some Java coding was needed. If there is updates applet code, I'd like to get it.

I'm logging into IVE OS 6.4R1, and attempting to SSH or Telnet to any client. I'm able to login and everything works, except pressing the TAB key. Doing so causes me mto lose focus on the current window, and I have to click on it to gain focus again. This is especially annoying when working with Cisco or Linux where the tab is a necessary tool. Anybody else experience this behavior and/or have a fix? I've seen it in release notes for IVE OS 5.4R4, and 6.4R1 but only for IE7. I'm using Ubunty jaunty with Firefox 3.0.14, Sun Java 6.
