I had a customer check in with his Regional Juniper SE and they told him that it is not currently supported as of 7.4R1, but it is in the works.  Apparently the advanced image that was given to Juniper from Microsoft for W8 was not the full production version.  If it had been then this would already be supported.  Stay tuned for updates.... ... Opswat confirmed that the support for the AVG product was added in 1.6.5(AV check) and 1.6.6(Antispyware check), but the proper libraries and files must be deployed in order to detect this product. Development is checking if the correct libraries were included in ESAP 1.6.5. software I have tested the free version of AVG2011 (version 10) on 1.6.5 for multiple OS versions and it works fine. We have found that the Pay version of AVG2011 has issues only after enabling and registering the product. The above information was provided by Juniper after opening a PR with them. Can you explain how you configured this PAC file to modify the Modem settings? Is this a separate PAC file that you direct your NC to or is it just enabling of the Manual Proxy setting in the NC Connection Settings. If I configure the NC settings to use a manual proxy it will change the LAN settings, but I do not believe it changes modem settings. I could be wrong, dont have an AirCard to test at the moment. Ultimate goal here is to have the instantproxy.pac file to enable a proxy setting when launching NC and then remove when NC is exited if the IVE is logged into from users that use the AirCard. This issue will be fixed in 7.0R1 This is regression problem. When access to the sharepoint server 2007 explorer view, it pops up a message with "Access Denied" and user access logs "User has exceeded the limit of AppLaunchTokens". After the user responds with clicking on OK button, the explorer view displays properly. Right now 7.0 is set for Q2, with no firm date on its release. ... View more

FYI from the 6.5R1 release notes: Secure Virtual Workspace (SVW) -Using IE8 with SVW, IVE admin has to add iexplore.exe to the allowed list. (468042) -When accessing help from IVE home browser inside SVW, JAVA script error may be shown. (466003) -When user clicks on IE7 help inside SVW, the IE help window is shown on main desktop.
