The supported platforms guide is the only item that provides something like this. I checked the doc and all of the requirements are met. What IVE OS are you using? 7.0R2 (build 16499) What are you checking for with Host Checker? AV and Firewall If the user clears the browser cache & cookies, does the behavior change? None

We have had a few instances of users attempting to log in and the Host Checker installs but fails to run on the system. The browser page for the host checker stays there and it never finishes running. We have tried with multiple browsers, IE, Firefox etc with the same results. Is there a doc that lists out what must be enabled in the browser/os for host checker and network connect to operate correctly? For system in our office that have run into this issue we usually reload our standard image, which works, and call it a day. For many of our remote client workers, this is not an option. Thanks,

I've configured a remote SSO using a POST, but it falls short of pressing enter to login to the page. Is there anything I can setup to make it go that one extra step and press the login button?

I have a pair of SA4500's run as an Active/Passive Cluster, the primary has 100 User license and the secondary has 50 Clustering licenses. The IVE reports only 50 concurrent users Installed license details Maximum Concurrent Users: 50 Primary - (100 users) Licensing Hardware ID: 2 licenses 1. Add 50 simultaneous users to SA 4500 Key: Permanent 2. Add 50 simultaneous users to SA 4500 Key: Permanent Secondary - (50 users) Licensing Hardware ID: 1 license 1. Clustering: Allow 50 additional users to be shared from another SA 4500 Key: Permanent and from the status overview System Date & Time 2010-01-19 03:59:48 PM Logging Disk: 0% Full Max Licensed Users: 50 Do I have to purchase a matching cluster license to get the full 100 on the primary? Got them working again. deleted cluster created new cluster set to active passive mode restarted services for cluster and confirmed VIP was listed on primary added host (received error when adding host with external IP, said it was not in same subnet even tho confirmed subnet match, added host without external address, worked) set outside IP for new cluster member logged into cluster member and joined to cluster IP stayed with primary and primary stayed leader

I have 2 SA4500's set in an active/passive cluster config and the VIP keep getting assinged to the secondary unit. Clicking Fail-Over VIP has no effect and the VIP addresses are not reachable. Sometimes the secondary will take over as leader and it would seem the devices are in a constant battle for the lead posistion. What can be done to force the primary to always be the primary and keep the VIP's assigned to the correct device?
