We have a client that needs to RDP into one of our servers. I set them up to use a local copy of RDP over NetConnect. The customer wants a more seamless solution. I tried the Hob Client and you have to use the launcher for that to work. I've read that you can do something with properRDP but I'm not exactly sure how it works. I'm trying to setup ftp access for an employee who is connecting to an AIX server. I've configured JSAM to open up ports 20, 21, and 23. This user is able to login via FTP and change directories and such. When he tries to download a file he gets the following error: 501 IP Address for data destination doesn't match client's. We have a few sites on our Intranet that just will not work with WSAM. I set both WSAM ACL and Web redirect for *.* just for testing and these sites will not pull up by name or IP address. When I switch it over to NetConnect it works fine. The WSAM log just shows it connecting and then disconnecting to the problem websites w/o any errors. I'm able to telnet to port 80 on this server but no web browsing. Any ideas? ... View more
