Has anyone tried to setup a WSAM application to allow access to Microsoft Lync? Our Firewall people don't want us putting the Lync out in the DMZ so we would like to see if we can get it to work with our Juniper system. I am setting up a two factor authentication using MS cert and AD. I'm trying to forward the credentials from the secondary (which is the AD) to resources inside the device (Citrix, file shares). However it does not pull those credentials. I've seen where I need to change the <user> and <password> to <user[2]> and <password[2]>. However, that doesn't seem to work. I keep getting prompted to enter my user name and password. I'm guessing I'm missing a check box somewhere. Any help would appreciated. Thanks ... View more

Does anybody know where I can download the Juniper Citrix Services Client. I know if I open a Citrix session up in my, the Agent will install. I would like to be able to push it out before hand. I've setup my device to have pubished apps running right on the bookmark page. However, not all the applications are appearing in the available applications list inside the bookmark section in terminal service resource profiles. It lists what appears to be all my apps but one. Can anyone think of why this is the case. I've listed all my citrix servers in the citrix xml service section thinking this would find it, but that didn't work. I'm runnning 6.5R1 build 14599. I'm trying to connect to my Exchange 2007 SP 2 system with an Outlook 2007 client. I am using WSam and I have already added Outlook as a program in the SAM section. When I open Outlook, it is saying it is disconnected. Every few minutes, I see it trying to connect. When I look in the Event viewer in WSam, I see it trying to connect to the exchange server via ports 6582 and 135. I had thought when I initially set this up and tested it, it connected fine but I must have been mistaken. I'll see it attempting to connect then a few seconds later say it is disconnected. What am I missing here. I've added the exchange server in the host section of my device. I can't think of anything else. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks ... View more

Does any one know if the Outlook plugin works with Outlook 2013.  I cannot find any documentation that if does or doesn't.  I see where it is supported on Outlook 2007 and 2010 32 bit.  However, that document was published in 2010.  I've been able to install the plugin on my computer, but I do not see anything in Outlook that will allow me to create a new secure meeting.  Thanks ... I recently updated our SA4500 to version 7.4 R8 last week.  After a few days a handful of people started having problems authenticating with our RSA radius server.  We have two authentications Domain and RSA.  For most people, there is no issue.  The problem users will authenticate to the domain fine, but the RSA will fail the majority of the time.  Every so often the login will eventually work.  When we look in the logs all we see is that the authentication failed.  If we look in the RSA server we never see an authentication attempt.  If we purposefully enter an invalid pin or passcode, we do see that listed in the RSA log.  I've tried different browsers versions (32bit v 64bit) and there doesn't appear to be fix.  I've eliminated the RSA server as the issue as I can do an authentication to it directly with no issues.  I'm kindof stuck trying to figure out where the problem is occuring.
