Do you see the user connections successfully in the user access log (if yes, does it say success/failure/denied)? Does the role you assigned on the authorization-only URL configuration screen have a web ACL to allow access to the Exchange server? Does your firewall/router in front of the IVE (if any) report connection concerns? Can you see the traffic attempt on the IVE TCP dump if you sniff for user login attempts? ... View more

SA2000 terminal server access

We have an SA2000 (6.5R2 (build 14951) which users access a few windows terminal servers through. All works fine, but a number of users report that they cant connect to the terminal servers unless they uninstall the Juniper Terminal services client from add/remove programs on their XP machines, and reconnect. Upon reconnect it reinstalls that component and then they can connect fine to the terminal servers This is wearing a bit thin with the users, any ideas anyone? ... View more
