Hmm, it seem it was intentional on Firefox side. And according to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Transport_Layer_Security it can break the client certificate authentication. So one option would be to enable the renegotiation temporarily (http://dotomaz.tumblr.com/post/786443743/firefox-4-0b1-and-ssl-renegotiation), until a better solution is found.

Hi all, I upgraded to Firefox 4 yesterday and today I found out I can't connect to our SA boxes. I'm getting the following error after I submit my credentials: Secure Connection Failed An error occurred during a connection to ****. Renegotiation is not allowed on this SSL socket. (Error code: ssl_error_renegotiation_not_allowed) It only occurs when using 2-factor authentication with the second factor being a user certificate, but we use it a lot. I tried it with IVE versions 6.5r2 and 7.0R4 and the result is the same.

I don't think you can create your own filter files. We got a rewrite filter file from JTAC when we had a problem with CTS client access.

I encountered a similar issue, when the set of applications displayed using Citrix Web Interface (WI) was larger then the set using the XML interface. Later we found out that the WI was being used to show applications from two different Citrix farms and some of them were published only in the old environment, so they were not visible in the new XML broker.

Hi AJJ, did you enable Flash rewriting? [User role] -> Web -> Options > (toggle) View advanced options > (check) Allow Flash Content Without it you will have problems with Flash.

Hi all, just to let people with similar problem know, we had a problem with the CTS proxy after the upgrade of our Citrix farm to XenApp5. For clients using ActiveX on IE (6-8), the CTS proxy was not started in many cases. It took us a long time to convince Juniper support that there is a real problem. Finally they were able to provide us a patch (rewriting filter, see KB10195) which fixed the issue.

Hi all, I just did a test of user configuration import on our test device (SA2500, running 6.3r7). The binary config file was created on another test device (SA2000 running 6.3r2). The file imported successfully, even when not all the virtual interfaces were present on the new test box. I don't know if it will work between releases 5.5 and 6.x, I will test some more combinations later and let you know. Best regards, Peter

Using IVE 6.5r2 and Citrix WI 5.1.1 we had to do the following on our test box: - use the template for WI 5.1 - enable SSO, fill in domain name - enable "Allow multiple POSTs to this resource" - add field (Label="State", Name="state",Value="LOGIN", modifiable="not modifiable") - disable "Send the following data as request headers" - remove cookie We got those steps from our Juniper technical support.

I left out all the system specific parts from the XML file and even then the import was not without problems. I finally managed to import most of our user related configuration, but I had to manually edit the XML file and fix about 10 kinds of issues.

Which version do you use? We got it working on 6.3r2. It took us some time to capture the HTML headers and buid the correct POST variables, but it works. Peter

I just tried it today and it is giving me a headache. We have a production cluster of 2 SA 6000 devices and I tried to import the config of one of them to a test SA 2000 device (single, no cluster). Import of the binary config file worked only rudimentary (I noticed only the Trusted Client CA imported), import of XML config gives me various errors. I tried to remove the offending parts from the XML file but there is always something new, which does not work.

Hi, can anybody confirm that they got it to work using any given IVE version? We are planning a new Citrix farm on XenApp5 and found out several issues on 6.3r2 firmware (CTS client and SSO do not work).
