After OSX users upgrade from 10.7.3 to 10.7.4 the ID and Password fields become transparent (where you can see the desktop wallpaper through them) and users can't enter their credentials. Is anyone else seeing this? This just started happening with OSX10.7.4. Is there a version of JunOS that already has a fix for this? We are looking to upgrade to 7.2R2 when it is released. Thanks

This is for "Authentication Only" active sync passthrough. I understand the Junos Pulse connection will count against out total number of licenses but the ActiveSync passthrough does not. Has Juniper done any stress testing to come up with a number of ActiveSync devices that will start to slow down the SA-4000 or cause devices to miss emails?

Has anyone been able to get this to work and if so...how? I have been testing on a dual screen PowerMac G5 (yes I know it's an older model). It refuses to use both screens and I don't see a setting for it. Do I need to change an option in the HTML? Thank you

It reports on the number of devices using the "Authorization Only" sign-in. I'm just not clear if it's just informational or if actual licenses are being chewed up.

We are using a Juniper SA-4000 and passing iPhone traffic through the "Authorization Only" sign-in pages. Are the iPhones using our concurrent user licenses even though the SA-4000 is acting as an Active-Sync proxy? If so, this is a very expensive way to have iPhones in our environment and we will stop using the SA-4000 for this purpose.

I'm trying your workaround but I'm having the same issue. Iphone gets rejected by the Juniper almost immediately (by the IVE or an IVS). When you pass the users through the IVE do you have them authenticate with a Domain Controller or do you use the local USERS group with an * in the Role Mapping? Any assistance is much appreciated. Having the same issue here. All iPhones stopped working after the upgrade (6.4R2 to 6.5R2). The ActiveSync in all of our IVS' has stopped working. I don't see anything in the logs. It's as if the Juniper is blocking Activesyc traffic and does't even log the activity. I have a ticket open as well but no solution as of yet. Glad to see it's not just me. Please update the forum if they figure out the problem. Pair of SA 4000 in an Active/Passive cluster.

Same issue. I'm running a pair of Juniper SA 4000 with on firmware 6.5R2. My Mac is running the latest Java Update on Apple Snow Leopard. I had to download the .DMG file from the Juniper appliance and manually install it. The manual install went smoothly and now Network connect works fine.
