Fixed the issue; 1. Login with a user who can get Network Connect without the Host Checker using Chrome or Firefox. 2. Install Network Connect. 3. Run Network Connect shortcut from Start bar. 4. Host Checker will then be able to install in the window that pops up there. User can then loging to SSL normally.

I'm having a problem with one particular user when he tries to login to our SSL VPN. It gets to the Host Checker installation screen, then the tab crashes and it kicks you out with an error stating "Internet Explorer has stopped trying to restore this website. It appears that the website continues to have a problem." The things I have tried so far: 1. Adding site to trusted zones. 2. Resetting security in IE. 3. Resetting advanced settings. 4. Resetting Internet Explorer settings. 5. Uninstall and reinstall IE. 6. Disable all Add-ons. I've also run IE in Safe Mode and this allows him to login to the SSL VPN, but our Nwk Connect role is restricted by the Host Checker which is what he needs, and the Host Checker won't install in Safe Mode. So obviously it's a problem with the browser, but I don't know what other things I could do bar re-imaging his machine to get him working on it. Anybody got any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I've got a small problem with using Secure Meeting, can anybody help? When our users go and book a Secure Meeting, the date & time in Secure Meeting is 1hr behind what it should be. We are based in the UK so our timezone is GMT, but we are currently in BST (which is GMT +1.) BST is usually achieved through having an option like "Automatically adjust clock for daylight saving changes," however there is no option there when managing the SSL VPN's Date & Time settings. If I were to change the Time Zone to GMT+1, it would look stupid when booking a meeting as it would say that the time zones are currently set to Brussels, Copenhagen, Madrid & Paris, when we're based in the UK. The version we are running is 6.3R4 (build 14121). Am I missing something or doing something stupid? Thanks in advance.

Is it possible to login to the SSL front page using full Active Directory login, for example I can only login as; firstname.surname When I would like to be able to login as; [email protected] Currently if I try to login using the full UPN login, it is denied. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

Hi, I'm having an issue with Citrix applications loading when viewed through the SSL VPN which I was hoping someone could help me out with. We use JSAM to run when we load Citrix (not all users have Windows) and when you click any Citrix application, the window to load the application loads up and then closes immediately. If I look at Client Preferences within Citrix and change 'Remote Client Type' to 'Client for Java' it works fine, if I select 'Native Client' then I get the problem I've just described. Trouble is I can't change the default to use Java as one of the apps we have requires the Local Client. Until recently the applications loaded fine, nothing has changed so it's a bit odd why it's started doing this. Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks
