Hi, all I have the same problem and this topic describes it exactly what happens in my situation. I am running version 5.3.4 Build 1183 of the Pulse client and Cisco Jabber 10.6.2 (Build 59142) on a Windows 10 (1709) Laptop. I found out a workaround. I have disabled "Cisco Media Services Interface Protocol Driver" on "Pulse Secure" connection. I don't know yet the impact on the Jabber application, however both Jabber and Pulse work.
