Cbarcellos; Hi - the dump/capture was an excellent suggestion. I did several and each were consistent. Appears the settings are in the NFUSE.DTD file because this file is referenced right before the app listing - which oddly enough is in A-to-Z format in the capture, but on the user workstation using either IE or Firefox the apps are listed Z-to-A...... I've had our Citrix Admin get with his support people to see if they can shed some light on this..... But I get a feeling that since the captures/dump showed the list correctly that the problem is on the Juniper IVE

Hi - that's what I did to provide the Citrix Listed App file that's attached in my last post for CBarcellos.... Even in the XML file I don't see where an option is for sorting the apps... If I define each app as a TS Bookmark on the IVE using an ICA file, then they appear in the Role TS Bookmark menu in A-to-Z format.... But the slick thing about the Citrix-Listed-App setup option for TS Bookmarks is that you point to the Citrix Server and it reads from Active Directory what Citrix Apps are signed to you from there - not via an IVE Bookmark Menu that you create and lists them for you.... Unfortuanately it's listing them in Z-to-A format so that Word is listed first and Access is listed last....

My IVE's OS is version 6.5R2.....I configured it under TermSvc Bookmark selecting the dropdown for Citrix Listed Apps (as opposed to the various ICA file options)... The Resource Tab has input for Name, Descrip, Citrix XML Svc IP & Port, Server Credentials ( username, password, domain) , and Access Control (IP & Port)........ There is no XML file that I have applied or is listed...... I went to Maintenance - Import/Export and selected to export the TS Citric Listed App to XML (see attached - just rename the extension to xml)

Can you tell me what the xml file is called ? I'm not a Citrix person and will have to get with the Citrix Admin on this..... It makes sense that it would be in a file..... Thx

Our Server Group is putting a new Xenapp Citrix farm in and I've created a Terminal Svc Bookmark using the Citrix Listed Applications option in the dropdown..... It's working fine - SSO automatically takes the user from selecting the app into the app without a problem. The weird thing is that the apps are listed Z-to-A in the bookmark. Yet when you signon to Citrix outside of the IVE the apps are listed A-to-Z...... Has anyone run across this ? Is this an IVE setting or a Citrix setting ?

Well I opened a ticket with JTAC and they run into the same problem - which confirms it's something with the IVE outside of a configuration parameter that I might have fubarred.
