I am getting a lot of users who are frequently disconnected while using Network Connect. Not everyone is experiencing the issues though. We have an SA6500 and mainly use Network Connect. When looking at the users logs, I see a lot of the following: Info JAV20023 id=firewall time="2010-02-16 12:21:46" pri=6 fw=147.179.49.30 vpn=ive user=n0063518 realm="Vista_PROD" roles="Personal Markets, Hosting Services, Vista_Network_Connection, Global_Web_Pages, New User" proto= src=75.68.143.193 dst= dstname=TUN-VPN type=vpn op= arg="" result= sent=1758746 rcvd=1136808 agent="" duration=3605 msg="JAV20023: Closed connection to TUN-VPN port 443 after 3605 seconds, with 1136808 bytes read (in 4353 chunks) and 1758746 bytes written (in 3947 chunks)" in some cases the users get disconnected every 3600(ish seconds), in others it is fairly random. We have users with normal home network setups...cable modem, netgear or linksys router...some with vonage. Any help would be appreciated
