Hello, I've got a customer that recently got a problem where files are removed in the directory c:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Application Data\Juniper Networks\Host Checker\. When they try to connect via VPN the users get a message saying for example "pluginClient.dll" is missing. This started happening when we upgraded from 6.4 -> 6.5 but it's somewhat random, doesn't happen all the time and not for all users. The files are not found in the quarantine of the AV which is the first thing to check. Since it's under the users directory we turned off roaming on that directory to see if that was what caused it but it doesn't seem to have solved it. Since it's so random it's hard to find a way to observe and diagnose the problem. Has anyone encountered a similar problem or have any tips on how to diagnose it? Thanks //Fredrik
