We have set up a sign in page for them, have you done that? so its the URL with the companies extension in at the end, which takes them to a separate web signing in page. You also have to set up sign in policy where the URL is that they will use in the format */companyname/

Thanks for replying both of you, we are using the newer V4 Opswat and no error messages so far. Will keep an eye on it, but have gone upto Esap 7 now and so far so good. The Esap file said that Kaspersky internet security 17 was supported but had 4 successive reports telling me different! despite the users taking screenshots proving that it was up to date

Is anyone else having issues - so called supported Anti - Virus failing the checking process. IE ANti Virus not up to date when it is, We are having extremely high numbers. PSA-7000c running 8.2R5 (build 49363) using the above ESAP file (i've had to roll back to 3.0.5 for now!

HI there sorry for the late reply, i'm not after the rule being deleting. I'm after one being it deciding what is in that attribute, ie the path to the home drive or the number 0365, Then - based on that - showing or not showing the bookmark. Current time it is showing the bookmark regardless.

We have a PSA-7000c and we have recently changed the way we use a user attribute field within Active Directory this used to contain the file path to the home directory and created a file bookmark but now the user attribute contains 0365 and so for some staff/students we dont require this being a file bookmark but currently is appearing as a file bookmark - Presuming because this field in Active Directory has something in? Any idea of how to stop this appearing based on the above information? Would this be in the Windows ACL ? (Resource Policies > Windows File Access Policies ) currently Initial File Browsing Policy Allow \\* then Allow \\\\*
